| Job Description: |
Description Seeking compliance professional to support the Marsh US Consumer compliance team and the Sponsored Program organization in the successful identification, development and implementation of compliance obligations inherent within the Marsh US Consumer Sponsored Program business channels*. *Association Life & Health, Association Property & Casualty, Employer Benefits, Programs & Franchise and Brands. Qualified candidates will be responsible for support of the following:
* Successful achievement of targeted compliance results in: licensing, surplus lines, privacy/data security, third party partner protocols, E&O prevention including professional standards, and other Marsh/ MMC compliance policies; * Partner with other U.S. Consumer compliance personnel and Sponsored Program business leaders and colleagues in the successful resolution of compliance inquiries, including but not limited to the compliance risk assessment of new and existing product offerings; * Assure the successful development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures relevant for each Sponsored Program business; * Initiate analysis of compliance monitoring results and determine relevant remediation efforts in each business channel; * Actively participate in Sponsored Program business and/or project committees to ensure the Compliance function is appropriately integrated and aligned with business initiatives; * Support compliance awareness initiatives and training as needed; * Initiate compliance metrics and reporting templates for each business channel; * Participate in special compliance projects as identified.
Qualifications
* Proactive; self-starter, enjoys challenges; * Outstanding organization kills with demonstrated project management experience; * Demonstrated ability to manage diverse tasks concurrently; * Excellent analytical, communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required; * Existing knowledge of the U.S. Consumer organization and operations (or equivalent insurance background) preferred; * A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
