Title: IT Sr. Manager
Level: Sr. Manager
Responsibilities:
• Perform Senior Technical Lead role on software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of software components and data interfaces within the Commercial Lending and Credit Risk Management systems.
• Lead team to provide production support for the application and responsible for the high level technical design and development of platform business applications using existing and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical leadership on business projects (define, structure, plan, and coordinate work). Interface with Project Managers, Business/Systems Analysts, Testers, Architects, and other platform support groups to deliver solutions and provide platform support.
• Ensure requirements, designs, and code meet enterprise and platform architectural standards and objectives. Support QA during testing and oversee production implementations.
• Provide estimates for technical solutions.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Lead and participate in design and code reviews.
• Define and enforce platform standards, controls, and governance policies to mitigate platform risk.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
• 5 years of experience with architecture, design, and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience designing and tuning and troubleshooting multi-tiered web systems for speed and performance.
• Prior leadership experience leading third party or off-shore development and support resources.
• Prior experience with Lean techniques, Agile and Waterfall project methodology.
• Proven experience with disciplines such as Configuration Management, SDLC, BPM, Application Monitoring, SLA Creation and Metrics
Other Qualifications:
• Commercial/SBB Banking experience
Commercial Lending Systems experience (Preferred SHAW, CBS, LSAMS, ACBS, Stucky, CIBAR/GTS, Swift, Cyence, Oracle Siebel and LeasePlus,)
Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture (Preferred: Oracle, Unix Scripting, MQ Series, Java, IIS, JRUN, XML Schema, SNA, CICS, MFA)
• ETL Applications
• Data Modeling
