Level: Manager

Accountable for the day-to-day implementation of work to ensure the delivery of quality and cost-efficient services to customers. Manages applications and customer expectations for delivery of products. Leads teams and projects to implement new technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Works on cross-functional projects. Partners with business customers to understand business needs and requirements to provide recommendations and improvements to processes, projects and services.
• Measures and tracks performance. Leads teams to enhance performance and achieve targets. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contributes to and implements standards and changes to systems and processes. May assist in performing process quality and compliance audits. Supports enterprise-wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes and policies.
• Monitors service level agreements to maximize value to the business. May recommend buy vs. build decisions.
• Manage up to 3 people

Basic Qualifications:
• HS Degree or GED and 2 years of IT Project Management Experience or Bachelors Degree and 1 year of IT Project Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/MIS or Science
• 2 Years experience in Team lead or manager
• 5 Years experience in IT Development • 2 Years Project Management experience
• Proficient in MS Project
• Bachelors Degree
• 2 Years experience in Team lead or manager
• 2 Years experience in IT Development
• 1 Year experience in IT Project Management
