Level: ManagerAccountable for the day-to-day implementation of investment projects that support business partner strategies and priorities. Manages applications such that customer expectations regarding quality and cost effectiveness are delivered across various channels and products. Leads teams that implement new technology solutions targeted at addressing current business issues and/or creating a competitive advantage.Responsibilities:• Works with leads cross-functional projects. Partners with business customers to understand business needs and requirements to provide recommendations and improvements to processes, projects and services.• Measures and tracks performance. Leads teams to enhance performance and achieve targets. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.• Contributes to and implements standards and changes to systems and processes. May assist in performing process quality and compliance audits. Supports enterprise-wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes and policies.• Monitors service level agreements to maximize value to the business. May recommend buy vs. build decisions.• Manage 4-6 people including Technical Leads, Developers, Quality Assurance, Testers, and Technical Writers.• Bachelor's Degree• 2 Years experience in leading Technical delivery of IT projects• 1 Year experience in IT Technical delivery.• 2 Years experience in IT development or support.•Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering or Computers.• 5 Years experience in leading Technical delivery of IT projects• 5 Years experience in IT development or support Capital One will not file non-immigrant visa petitions for alien workers. |
