Capital One Bank is currently seeking competitive Inbound Sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Take Inbound sales calls
- Provide the highest level of quality to all Capital One customers
- Analyze customer needs and determine qualifications for various product offers
- Sell the features and benefits of a wide variety of Capital One products and services
- Overcome customer concerns/objections
- Cross sell customers on various Capital One products
- Additional duties as assigned
- Must be a team player who will adopt and share best practices among peers
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 6 months successful business to business or direct to consumer sales experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year successful business to business or direct to customer sales experience in Banking or Financial Services industry
- 2 years experience in heavy customer contact environment
- 2 years inside sales, outside sales or telesales experience in any industry
- Proficiency in MS Outlook
- Bachelors Degree
