Job Description:


Responsibilities to include answering inbound phone calls from customers seeking assistance with existing National Direct Banking investment products. Just as important associates will need to have the ability to sell National Direct Banking products which include Certificate of Deposits and High Yield Money Market accounts to potential customers. Associates should be comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment with demanding and sophisticated customers. Associates must be able to communicate with customers in a clear, professional and articulate manner. As the department continues to grow sales specialists must possess excellent product knowledge and salesmanship which include: detailed knowledge of products, branding Capital One, sharing benefits of the product, positioning value to the customer, handling objections and closing the sale.

Basic Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Strong Sales Competence
· Strong attention to detail and desire to achieve sales results
· High level of energy/enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards change
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong past performance with attendance and quality
· Reliable and possess the ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment
