Job Description:


The role will redefine and implement the necessary governance processes for Global Compliance Risk. Those include but are not limited to the Operational and Compliance Risk Committee, the Global Compliance Risk Council, the Global Compliance Issues Management Committee. In addition to defining and implementing these forums (or refining where it already exist), this leader will also ensure transparency and effectiveness of Global Compliance Risk reporting to the Operational Risk Committee, the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors and any other "Special Committee" deemed necessary by the enterprise that Compliance would need to report into. This leader would also define and implement enterprise level Global Compliance Risk metrics and supporting dashboard reporting and management routines to ensure measures of compliance effectiveness are well defined and managed to. This leader will work across the enterprise compliance teams to ensure metrics and reporting at the functional level can ensure integrity of reporting at the enterprise. This leader will also lead a team of subject matter experts that can provide enterprise analysis of Compliance Risks and Issues across the company to identify trends, themes and emerging areas of strength or weakness. This leader will need to be able to operate at a strategic level to define direction, while also operating effectively at the detailed level helping drive requirements for support partners and teammates to ensure reporting and processes are in place and operating effectively. This leader will also interact with the Strategic Risks Initiative team from a thought leadership and voice of Compliance as it relates to Governance, metrics, reporting and issue management.

Qualifications


Required Skills:



5 years of executive management experience in leading large corporate initiatives

Proven experience in setting up and running executive level governance committees

Proven experience in driving strategy focusing on reporting and establishing operational metrics enterprise wide.

Proven experience in driving business process and behavioral enterprise effort with execution, influence and integration skills.



Desired Skills:



Individuals with experience in leading enterprise wide Compliance related initiatives will be considered stronger applicants.
