Job Description:

Supports operational risk programs and processes. Assists with analyses and development of recommendations. While these individuals work independently on general assignments, they work under the direction of more senior staff on complex projects & analysis. May also be responsible for regular statistical reporting and for undertaking audits ensuring compliance with control procedures. Individuals in this position typically have up to five years of experience.

Qualifications


Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified.

  • 2-5 years mortgage experience with a strong knowledge of REO servicing .
  • Candidate must possess the ability to manage projects in a deadline-driven environment crucial with moderate to low manager involvement.
  • Experience with Compliance Testing or Audit Functions.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical and Organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify issues for escalation to management as necessary.
  • Excellent prioritizing and follow-up skills.
  • Experience with using EXCEL.


Desired Skills:
  • Experience in Short Sale servicing
