Highly visible role within eChannels and Customer Service & Solutions teams supporting the execution of a Policy Center of Excellence in developing policies and procedures aligned to projects, processes and associate control gaps. Requires a customer/client driven mindset, the ability to establish strong partnerships, demonstrated leadership, and operational risk expertise to support the execution of the policy framework and governance processes, ensuring policies are developed to support business compliance with applicable laws and regulations that enable business growth while protecting our brand and shareholders.
Role will support efforts to identify policy gaps, lead the development of policies and procedures to close identified gaps, and support publishing of approved policies and procedures. Role requires leading cross functional teams of senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop policies and procedures; Support pre-policy communication needs including training and awareness around new policies to ensure successful policy deployment. Role with assist with tracking policy portfolio metrics to enable effective policy management reporting. Role will assist with training and awareness around the policy development and management strategy, framework and processes. Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations
- Critical analytical thinker with strong ability to influence
- Strong facilitation skills;
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organization
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Visio skills
