Job Description:

Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Will consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates globally. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.

Required Skills

The candidate must demonstrate a combination of business aptitude, analytical skills, strategic and creative thinking and distinguished written and oral communication skills. The candidate will be required to manage several tasks at once and work efficiently and effectively as an individual as well as part of a team. Some characteristics required for the job would include attention to detail and timeliness, ability to think broadly and relate concepts to specific job tasks, problem solving skills and flexibility. Proficiency with Microsoft office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint are required, along with an aptitude to learn new tools going forward. Strong inter-personal /relationship building skills and a positive attitude.
