This is a key position within the Financial Intelligence Unit's Client Onboarding and Maintenance Utility leading a team of analysts. The successful candidate will manage the onboarding of high risk clients within the four business sectors in North America (i.e., ICG, CPB, IPB and GCG Retail); conduct regular team meetings; compile and discuss metrics with AML management; review team procedures; manage application entitlement issues; prepare for and manage the RSCA, ARR, and regulatory review processes; review, approve, and track requests for conditional approvals; review and monitor all ad-hoc reviews and projects; interview new hires; and review the goals of and prepare assessments for all team members.
In addition, the successful candidate will:

    * Provide guidance to the businesses, including providing training and developing training materials.
    * Respond to information requests from the businesses.

Qualifications
 

    * Knowledgeable of the laws applicable to money laundering, including the Bank Secrecy Act, The USA PATRIOT Act, US Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC requirements, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements.
    * Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and must be able to multi-task and complete projects on time.
    * Should be a self-starter and organized, and must have the ability to work independently, without supervision.
    * Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
    * Strong research skills, advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and experience with the Internet and on-line research systems.
