Description
The Operational Readiness and UAT Lead Analyst responsibilities will include:
* Implement a "Best Practice UAT and Operational Readiness model for Global Securities Fund Services
* Develop UAT and Operational Readiness Plans for Securities Business Initiatives.
* Manage testing initiatives related to offshore testing utilities based on priority management.
* Provide day to day direction to testing teams for SFS NA Asset Services and Custody User Acceptance Testing.
* Provide day to day interaction with vendor management of offshore and local Technology partners
* Direct management of SFS NA Asset Services and Custody testing initiatives
* Responsible for the implementation and compliance of the Global UAT Best Practice standards and overall quality of the UAT test effort.
* Responsible for the implementation and compliance of the Global Operational Readiness Best Practices and overall quality of Operational Readiness efforts
* Coordinate the integration of all new system functionality and enhancements into existing operational processes, working with all operational areas to ensure they are prepared with procedures and training
* Develop and plan both local and offshore testing teams deliverables
* Develop and execute against metrics/performance indicators
* Maintain an interface with senior NA Asset Services and Custody Management to insure UAT and Operational Readiness is aligned with Business goals.
* Complete additional projects/assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
* 7+ years experience in User Acceptance Test Management field (e.g. testing, technology development, operations)
* Understanding Asset Services, Custody, Securities and Funds Services is preferred
* Proficient in testing methodologies, especially for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness
* Background and understanding of the System Development Lifecycle, with focus on Testing Methodology
* Proficient Project management skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Strong influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Process improvement experience implementing User Acceptance Testing disciplines for existing and new project initiatives.
o Excellent oral and written documentation skills
o Experience and/or knowledge of Mercury Test Director Tools
o Self motivated
