Description
This position will provide compliance oversight of key Operational risk areas, including credit risk and fraud for the small business and consumer segments. This position will help drive those critical initiatives that involve regulatory matters to ensure that there is compliance within these areas and the businesses they impact.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of banking experience. Excellent understanding of operations and technology within the consumer banking arena. Strong interpersonal skills as the successful candidate will be working with representatives from a variety of disciplines to ensure full compliance is achieved and necessary changes to procedures and processes are implemented. Knowledge of the control environment, including RCSA testing, is preferred.
