Job Description
The Equity Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing advice, developing policies and procedures, conducting training, enhancing surveillance program, and cultivating regulatory relationship with relevant authorities in respect of Equities business.  He or she will be closely working with other members of Markets Compliance Team, particularly those covering listed products.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of compliance experience with profound knowledge in equities business, very good communication skill both in Japanese and English, and must be a team player.
