Job Description
The Regional Compliance Education function is responsible for the coordination, development and rollout of the Asia Compliance Department's continuing education and awareness programme (including online training courses, classroom training materials and Compliance bulletins), and facilitating compliance officers in providing targeted, high quality Compliance training across the region.
 
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage training administration functions for the Asia Compliance Education team, including:

    * Assist in the proof reading and testing of Compliance training courses during the development process.
    * Set up Compliance courses in Training Central, the firm's learning management system, and enroll staff in relevant courses.
    * Prepare management training reports and scorecards.
    * Send chaser emails to employees and managers where training is incomplete.
    * Manage the Compliance Education team inbox, dealing with issues and queries, and responding to feedback on training courses.
    * Maintain regional, country and business Compliance training plans and training rollout schedules.
    * Distribute Compliance training and awareness communications.
    * Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other training materials.

Qualifications

    * Minimum two years work experience in an administrative role.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    * Organised, ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and take initiative.
    * Highly competent in use of Excel (advanced level essential), PowerPoint and Word.
    * Tertiary education preferred.
