TES Business Operations Manager We have opportunities in this role in Knutsford. You have the expertise to do the business If we are to give our customers the service and value they deserve, we have to make sure that we run our business as efficiently and intelligently as possible. So our business operations managers have to be at the top of their game. We give them the freedom to develop and implement new processes and ways of working within the Barclays framework, changing and enhancing our business as they do. This is your chance to join them. What you'll give our customers as a TES Business Operations Manager You'll manage the business operations function for Test Environment Services (TES), which covers multiple cost centres. You'll have a lot of input into finance, including annual budget preparation and forecasting, purchase orders and cost analysis. You'll play a big role in staffing too - managing the supply/demand plan, new resource requests and interview processes for the global workforce. You'll also ensure all the TES team members meet their deadlines for TES reporting, performance management and learning. You'll have plenty of other areas of responsibility, including supplier management, compliance and the TES internal communications plan. What you'll need as a TES Business Operations Manager The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need good experience in project management, as well as in cost recovery, managing technical suppliers, risk (Sarbanes-Oxley, data protection etc), and change management. Your track record will include working in a highly controlled and regulated environment, managing a technical division within a large corporate organisation. You'll need to be exceptionally flexible and adaptable, able to work to very tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. We'll judge you on your ability and nothing else.
