What you'll give our customers as a Business Services Administrator

In this varied position, you will carry out a range of administrative duties for the whole Windows Platform Group (WPG), a technical platform which sits within our Technology division. This will include arranging meetings, progress tracking, maintaining staff records and issuing communications. You will also be involved in invoicing, managing cost centres, managing the training calendar, and tracking holidays and sickness.

What you'll need as a Business Services Administrator

The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need to have good administration experience, and an ability to follow financial processes, including procurement and invoice handling. You'll also have experience of working within a small team, providing services to a broad and demanding customer base. In addition, you'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience of the regulatory environment in which Barclays operates.
