| Job Description: |
QA Manager Manage Team to perform monitoring of customer transactions to ensure adherence to regulations, provision of accurate information, and complete fulfillment of service obligations. With minimal supervision, ensures that all monitors have been done accurately, thoroughly, and that the team drives process improvements. Work involves managing a team of Quality specialists and representatives who serve as subject matter experts to create recurring monitors to determine the health of a process. Responsibilities: • Team Management • Interact with business leaders to drive Compliance with laws and regulations within their businesses. • Compliance Reporting • SarbOx Reporting • New processes and projects • Manage up to 4 people Basic Qualifications: • Associates Degree • 1 Year experience in Operations management • 1 Year experience in Quality Management • 1 Year experience in Compliance/risk management • 1 Year experience in Public speaking and presentations Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Management or Business Process evaluation • Business Process Management (BPM) certification, Certified Quality Manager • 2 Years experience in Operations management • 1 Year experience in People Management Capital One will not file non-immigrant visa petitions for alien workers.
