Summary: Manage all regulatory compliance and process risk activities for Treasury Management and International Private Banking. Ensure that Product Lines are in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, have written procedures and are prepared for audit reviews. Oversee Treasury Management risk management program including controls and monitoring for fraud, product, process and service risk.
Responsibilities: n Develop, document and implement procedures, processes and controls to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Document and monitor product and process risk activity. n Develop, implement and manage a compliance and product risk training program. n Serve as the subject matter expert on all issues relating to compliance and product risk. Keep management abreast of all compliance & risk issues, current and emerging, and the compliance & risk performance of specific product lines with in the division. n Arrange compliance and product/process risk reviews/audits. Serve as liaison between all product lines within Treasury Management/IPB and all areas of Compliance & Risk. n Ensure all product lines are prepared for audit reviews with Audit. Serve as liaison between all product lines within Treasury Management and all areas of Audit; operations, IT and risk. n Ensure all product lines adhere to Risk Management and Control polices.
