Job Description:

THE ROLE INVOLVES:
    Review of fixed income and equity research that refers to individual securities or credits;
Pre-approval and review of personal account trading by employees;
Implement trading, solicitation and research restrictions in connection with announced or pending securities offerings or M&A transactions where CS is an underwriter or adviser; Compliance support and advice in respect of equity and debt issuance, in close co-ordination with the investment banking legal counsel; Manage CS’s internal conflicts system;
Oversee the surveillance of CS’s trading and solicitation activities in restricted securities; Drafting policies, procedures and manuals for Investment Banking and Research Departments; Developing and implementing training for Investment Banking and Research Departments; Conduct reviews of various Investment Banking and Research practices; Responsible for maintaining a continuous dialogue with Control Rooms in Sydney, Tokyo, Zurich, London, Sao Paulo and New York to ensure that policies and procedures followed in Asia Pacific are consistent with those followed globally to the extent permissible by local regulations and market practice, as well as to ensure that business requirements in the region and local regulatory requirements are reflected in global procedures or policies that are adopted.
