Job Description:

  • Manage Multiple projects directly or through IT staff, including integrations of new and existing applications into the Treasury Business Interface
  • Create and expand operating frameworks with Architecture, Data Management and EDW teams to foster and promote well-integrated solutions· Drive platform simplification and team collaboration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business, IT leaders, developers, architects and other stakeholders to define and plan integrated solutions
  • Ensure successful completion of all work executed by the team (on time, on budget, and ensuring quality)
  • Ensure compliance with the project management methodologies and Project Management Office processes and standards
  • Ensure compliance of application release management, outage management and change control processes and standards
  • Create, communicate, and manage the project plans and other required project documentation and provides updates as necessary
  • Maintain project documentation, including project charter, requirements, conceptual design, test plans, schedules, and presentations
  • Identify and prioritize issues and challenges, measure and validate project results Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, or engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years previous experience in Information Technology
  • Experience implementing complex solutions in a heavily matrixed, cross-functional model
  • Knowledge of and experience with transactional portal technologies
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques, business process analysis and re-engineering
  • Experience with Service Orientated Architecture, Business Process Monitoring & Enterprise Service Bus technologies
  • Application Development – Demonstrated experience in application development (including both functional and technical design work)
  • Project Management – Demonstrated project management experience within the constraints of scope, time and resources and to achieve overall project objectives aligned to business strategy
  • IT Controllership – Knowledge of IT controllership methodologies and standards and demonstrated experience though project execution compliant with systems development life cycle methodology
