Job Description:

Responsible for providing moderately complex financial analysis in support of management decision-making for a business unit or corporate staff.  Responsibilities include:  conducting in-depth research of financial, operating and/or economic data and analyzing, interpreting and reporting findings;  working with business partners to collect internal financial data, analyzing, testing for accuracy, identifying and resolving problems; performing moderately complex variance and trend analyses; communicating and providing guidance to business partners regarding relevant financial policies;  preparing and analyzing data and providing input to business segment or product line operating and/or strategic plans; maintaining and using systems or models to predict financial outcomes; may recommend business approaches to management based on various analyses; may lead projects and provide guidance to less experienced staff.  Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported area.   Basic Qualifications 3+ years finance experience.   Minimum Qualifications 3+ years accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
Excellent data management skills, including Excel and Access.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field   Preferred Skills Advance degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, CMA, Series 7, CFA, etc).  Proficient with G/L tools. Working knowledge of brokerage industry.
