Job Over view: The position is a strategic and senior role responsible for the online marketing for one of the largest segments in SunGard’s Financial Services division. Reporting to the Director of Marketing for CMIB, you will be responsible for both internal and external online and creative projects for the global business and will manage them from concept to completion. You will have one report based in Singapore. Business Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strong marketing team supporting and servicing the Capital Markets & Investment Banking business of a leading financial software company. Our customers include banks, brokerage firms, hedge funds and insurance firms requiring risk, trading, position management and securities finance solutions.
The marketing team provides day to day marketing support to drive revenue generation and raise awareness of its 7 key products, leveraging all elements of the marketing mix ( direct marketing, events, PR, print, advertising online marketing and social media) Position Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Plan, develop, execute and measure internal and external online marketing strategies to optimise brand visibility to drive revenue generation for CMIB’s primary brands • Manage CM&IB’s micro sites and content on SunGard.com • Manage the SEO and Paid Search campaigns • Monitor and report on website performance using web analytics • Develop a social media strategy • Partner with the product communications mangers and regional marketing managers on development and placement and promotion of interactive content including flash animations, web casts, videos, online surveys and podcasts • Management and tracking of the Omniture account and web statistics reporting • Manage relationships with third party agencies and manage the advertising and directory listings • Ensure all segment campaigns leverage corporate campaigns and branding where appropriate • Manage and deliver CMIB Intranet strategy • Build close working relationships with the global sales organization, product managers and regional and product marketing managers to ensure online activity is mapped to regional and product and communication requirements • Management of direct marketing campaigns using optimise brand visibility through strong relations with trade publications and industry associations • Effectively manage the online marketing budget and provide timely measurement to demonstrate ROI Knowledge/Experience:
• Substantial experience in online marketing in B2B markets • Proven track record of building website membership or driving traffic to a site in a B2B environment. • Strong SEO, PPC and paid search marketing skills • Experience in social media marketing techniques • Experience of using CMS • Experience of writing search optimised copy for the web Skills:
• Strategic and analytical thinker • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a timely manner • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Must have a good eye for detail • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups across multiple time zones • Proficient use of Market2Lead, Exact Target, Sitecore and Salesforce to effectively measure online advertising campaigns • A basic understanding of HTML and SharePoint Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree • Post graduate marketing qualification • Strong computer skills (including power point, excel, word) • Familiarity of CRM system advantageous • Knowledge of adobe design products is useful. Competencies:
