For more information, please visit Deloitte's web site at www.deloitte.com/us .   Deloitte Services LP is currently searching for a Marketing Associate who will work with the IMO Marketing team in support of the Governance and Risk Integrated Market Offering (IMO) business objectives and marketing initiatives.   The main role of the Marketing Associate is to support the implementation of key Marketing programs and initiatives and tactics.  The location for this position is flexible. Responsibilities include the following:
  • Participation with Senior Marketing Managers/Marketing Managers in strategy discussions with practice leaders as appropriate
  • Support the team in planning, developing and executing various aspects of integrated marketing programs for Risk Intelligence
  • Development and coordination of promotional materials and sales tools, such as client placemats, and other Risk Intelligence collateral
  • Plan and manage major promotional events and sponsorship logistics, such as client roundtables and other external events
  • Coordination of webcasts and podcast programs
  • Coordination of external Risk Intelligence whitepapers and their accompany marketing campaigns, such as email campaigns and other promotions
  • Coordination of intranet and internet activities, including posting and site audits
  • Coordination and tracking of relevant IMO marketing activities on behalf of the team, including ROI tracking; and budget/invoice tracking
  • Produce and disseminate internal and external communications relating to risk, many using html via select distribution lists
  • Work with team in US and India on creating and maintaining IMO marketing calendars and complex administrative projects
  • Monitor changes which impact the Governance and Risk Management IMO-- marketplace issues, and the business environment-through internal and external publications and competitive analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience in marketing: graduate degree a plus
  • Experience working as a team in a professional services or large matrixed company
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and professional client service manner
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Ability to analyze data and make sound observations and recommendations
  • Knowledge of internet navigation and research
  • Desire to build awareness of Deloitte's IMO market offerings
Personal skills include:
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management; self-starter
  • Strong relationship building/relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and problem-solving ability
