We are currently seeking a Practice Administrator to join us in our Atlanta office.

Responsibilities:

Provide high level executive administrative and community support

Frequent contact with senior firm leaders and clients, which often requires a significant amount of explanation, clarification and diplomacy

Take initiative and proactively communicate to build relationships with clients

Handle highly confidential information

Compose memos, letters and other correspondence and manage complex calendars and travel arrangements

Obtain data on national and area practices and processes including financial information, staffing information and coordinate distribution of key information on a timely basis to key contacts

Provide assistance which may include preparation assistance or monitoring of: budget, utilization, compliance reports, proposal process, etc.

Assist with scheduling and preparing for external client/committee and board membership commitments

Promote and support firm policies

Partner and liaison with Operations Services, Human Resources, Technology, Finance and Accounting, National Design Proposal and Production Services, Event and Meetings, Marketing, and other firm function practices

Preparation of complex electronic timesheet and reconciliation of travel expense and corporate travel credit card

Market data entry in InterAction and close tracking of client sales activities

Qualifications:

Seven years of full-time, stable, permanent experience as an Executive Assistance or Senior Level Assistant

Able to type sixty words per minutel

Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook calendar

Detail oriented with a good knowledge of grammar and strong proofreading skills, and advanced administrative office skills

Proactive, highly organized and able to work under pressure

Excellent multi-tasker and a self-start with the ability to plan, organize and schedule work for self

Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Extensive travel arrangement experience

Ability to work overtime evenings and weekends, as needed
