Job Description:

Technology Program Manager is the main interface between the customer, GE O&G functions and external organizations involved in the project. Through the execution of the program he/she will be interacting with various functions and levels of company and customer giving great visibility inside and outside. He/she will support Regional Technology Localization Leader in the development of regional technical strategy. He/She will apply results and experience of the current program to train personal and support similar projects across the region.He/she plays a proactive role in problems prevention during the localization program by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving all involved parties in solving issues, which could affect program successful execution.
Among the above responsibilities, he/she will mainly focus on:
·Manage program schedule, information and documentation exchange
·Identify customer needs and implement required adjustments in the program
·Translate identified needs into detailed plans shared with company functions involved and driving internal execution to meet the targets
·Support work of the cross-functional team
·Developing enduring faithful customer relationships Qualifications/Requirements ·Engineering Degree - Mechanical preferred
·At least 7-10 years of experience as Program/Project Manager or equivalent
·Experience with Power Generation OEM or Electric Generation or Oil Gas industries
·Fluent English and Russian
·Experience working with customer representative at all levels from individual contributors to most senior level

Successful candidates will be employed under Russian employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations. Desired Characteristics ·Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
·Ability to coordinate several projects/programs simultaneously
·Turbine and/or generator and/or compressor technology knowledge
·Exposure to engineering, technological, manufacturing and service phases of the product life cycle
·Experience working in cross functional team and matrix team environments
·Exposure to both local and foreign corporate cultures
·Experience in coordination issues related to corporate and government technical regulation and quality system management
·Proven analytical and organizational ability
·PM certification
