Job Description:

· Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements.
· Provide Human Resource support for GE businesses especially focusing on local compliance & practices
· Assessment & improvement of HR related document retention standards & practices
. Interface for queries between Employee Services and Financial Services within GBS
· Ordering, maintaining and tracking of orders placed with local mobile vendors
· Ordering and following up on status of corporate card and fuel cards with local procurement card vendors
· Ensure new hires are provided orientation packs e.g. S&L on date of commencement
· Ensure PO`s are generated for new orders and follow up on status of Purchase Order generation
· Adhoc Employee Services related duties as deemed necessary by the ES department Qualifications/Requirements · Matric Qualification
· HR Diploma, degree advantageous
· Minimum 2 years experience in Administrative position – front end
· Good working knowledge of the labour laws and regulations
· Good communications skills, team spirit
· Fluent communicator in English Desired Characteristics · Flexible
