Job Description:

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED: * High school diploma or GED equivalent required. * Three to five (3-5) years experience working with FHA, VA, Rural Housing and conventional loans. * Excellent understanding of funding, escrow instructions, title reports and endorsements to analyze all credit documentation. * Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, loan products and underwriting guidelines. * At least one year experience in high volume mortgage processing with knowledge of the entire loan processing cycle from application to closing. * Detail orientation. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong proficiency in Windows based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Mortgage origination systems preferred. * Demonstrated organizational skills. * Able to work well in fast paced, computer driven atmosphere. * Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills.
