An opportunity has arisen for a Rehabilitation Case Manager with Injury Management experience to join NAB's Group Business Services People & Culture team. 

Key Responsibilities:

This role is primarily responsible for facilitating rehabilitation and injury management processes, provide specialist advice and education to all stake holders during the rehabilitation process to ensure early intervention strategies are implemented as soon as an illness/ injury is reported.

You will by required to provide a proactive, professional customer focused service, including advice and education for business leaders, people leaders, employees and Workplace Relations to improve organisational capabilities to manage illness and injury.

You will be responsible for ensuring all rehabilitation / return to work activities are completed within relevant compliance obligations. Early Intervention and timely management of return to work will result in reduced time lost and reduced compensation costs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Injury Manager looking for a flexible working arrangement to join a friendly and interactive team. 

Experience:

To be successful in this role you have an allied health Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Nursing. You will have proven experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation. Comcare accreditation would be a plus.

You will have an understanding of the application of Ergonomics, an understanding of the return to work process, strong negotiating and influencing skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise.
