Job Description:

  • Manages multiple major operations units within the Field Services Division for three sites
  • Functions managed have high monetary exposure and risk involving the processing of large volumes, adhering to regulatory restrictions and client SLAs
  • Requires a working knowledge of end to end processes within the Field Services group (Property Preservation)
  • Resolves broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes across lines of business and operations segments
  • Requires interaction with other lines of business, as well as their own line of business to provide strategic direction and problem resolution
  • Identifies, analyzes and resolves complex problems related to property preservation - on REO properties and/or Pre-Foreclosure properties
  • Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activity
  • Responsible for budget/expense management, reporting and forecasting for areas managed
  • Ensures proper communication and compliance of company and regulatory policies affecting areas managed
  • Directly manages three to five 2nd level managers and their respective groups at three different sites totaling 500-650 associates




This position may be located in either Westlake Village, CA OR Plano, TX

Qualifications


Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

  • 8-10 years of management experience within a mortgage default or foreclosure environment or commensurate experience
  • Experience in managing large groups of associates in multiple sites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with experience in delivering presentations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Coordination of activities and processes within line of business and operations segments
  • Experience in identifying and analyzing complex issues, and developing procedures to resolve those issues
  • Budget and expense management experience
  • Ability to travel to all three sites on a fairly regular basis
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop and grow leaders and Associates



Desired Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree or commensurate experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or related process improvement experience
