Job Description:


In close coordination with Trade Operations, accelerate the revenue ramp of complex deals by overseeing critical, product-related "yes to use" activities. A key focus of this group will be on deals that involve inter-region onboarding of both buyers and supplier (e.g. Supply Chain Finance).

Primary responsibility will be on "post-mandated" activities, however for certain products (e.g. Supply Chain Finance), this position will provide sales support for specific tasks in advancing large, complex deals. Actively participate in implementation calls for large, complex deals. Provide necessary leadership to ensure vendor onboarding tasks are completed per plan. Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Trade Operations, Credit Services, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to ensure client needs and timeline are met. Escalate non-standard implementation requirements that will incur investment funding to Product Management and Trade Sales. Collaborate with other regional complex fulfillment peers and product teams to share global best practices, and continually improve onboarding process. Work closely with Product Managers (with specific emphasis on supply chain) during launch phase of new/enhance products to ensure successful onboarding.

Qualifications


Required Skills: "MUST" have these skills to be minimally qualified.

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an analyst, implementation, or project-related role, preferably in Trade Finance.

• Structured and organized, with excellent attention to detail. Strong project management skills that require coordination with individuals at different levels within the organization

• Proven strategic and analytical abilities; excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

• Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
