Job Description:

This role is to support the CAC Decisioning Services group with responsibilities for application system and process management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the decisioning platform is processing applications in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines with accordance to the platform design
    • Troubleshoot application processing issues
    • Monitor system performance
    • Identify enhancements to improve the customer experience
  • Provide SME knowledge to connect platform capabilities to credit policy execution
    • Serve as operational SME to Lean/Agile project teams
    • Influence the strategic direction of the decisioning platform
  • Serve as process manager for decisioning support processes
    • Ensure current and accurate risk assessment
    • Identify improvement opportunities
    • Understand process relative to the overall value stream

Basic Qualifications :

  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in Project Management
  • 1 year experience in Relationship Management
  • 1 year experience in IT

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multi-functional groups
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute upon multiple concurrent tasks
  • Strong drive & initiative
  • Highly motivated & self-directed
  • Regularly looks for ways to challenge the status quo and think outside of the box
  • Process management training and/or certification (BPM, Lean)
  • Acquisition Value Chain systems and process knowledge
  • Knowledge of Capstone Decisioning Platform
  • Experience with databases and SQL
