Summary:
Managing the relationship, customer experience and performance of product portfolio for existing cross sell vendor. Have the ability to adapt to different communication styles and influence others with strong communication skills to drive healthy agenda. Create win/win situations for Capital One and cross sell vendor. Partner with multiple Lines of Business (LOB) that include Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Analysis and Brand teams to develop shared vision to increase product sales and channel effectiveness. Assist with launch of tests and rollouts of new products and product enhancements across marketing and sales channels. Be seen as a product subject matter expert across organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and improve day to day performance through call listening sessions, weekly project meetings, and direct communication with vendor.
• Manage communications across internal business units and with vendor for effectiveness and consistency.
• Manage and improve customer experience across the product life cycle.
• Accountable as Relationship Manager for contract adherence, quality of customer experience, and key performance indicators in alignment with target goals.
• Partner with Supplier Management to ensure adherence to all third party management activities and audit readiness.
• Help with development and execution of product builds and rollouts with internal and external teams.
Basic Qualifications:
• At least a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in Marketing, Product or Vendor Relationship Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Product Management or Vendor Relationship Management.
• At least 3 years experience in Marketing, Product or Vendor Relationship Management.
• At least 3 years experience in the implementation and management of product features and terms.
