You will be required to develop and maintain the operational risk/compliance policy to all levels of management thereby providing a coordinated approach to managing these matters throughout the organisation and raising awareness and offering solutions to business unit senior stakeholders in respect to operational risk management and compliance, promulgating into corporate culture. To be suitable for this role, your tertiary qualifications in Risk Management and/or Compliance as well as your exposure to the financial services sector, ideally wealth, will be highly valued. Your ability to demonstrate commercial experience and judgement, leadership skills and to build co-operative networks and forge strong relationships, will be key selection criteria.
