In this role you will be required to lead a Compliance & Regulatory Risk Function and oversee the identification, quantification and pro-active management of risks and associated with operational activities throughout the organisation. You will be required to develop and maintain the operational risk/compliance policy to all levels of management thereby providing a coordinated approach to managing these matters throughout the organisation. In addition you are responsible for raising awareness and offering solutions to senior business unit stakeholders in respect to operational risk management and compliance, promulgating into corporate culture. To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary education as well as extensive experience in leading a compliance and regulatory risk function within the financial services sector. You will be known for your strong technical knowledge and superior leadership skills. You will also have a track record of building strong working relationships, resolving senior stakeholder concerns and delivering practical outcomes.
