POSITION OVERVIEW
As a member of the Customer Support Team, the Client Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the functional application of InvestOne Enterprise, a global fund accounting system. The Analyst will work closely with all clients and will interact with all areas within the Customer Support Team including Technical Customer Support and Project Managers, as well as with Professional Services, Business Analysis and Development (Programmers and Testers).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Address client questions and issues and facilitate requests that come through the InvestOne Enterprise Customer Support Center • Report, recreate, and follow up on software maintenance items • Test new software releases after development and prior to customer availability • Assist customers in implementation of new system features • Conduct onsite client training and consulting • Conduct internal training for SunGard personnel • Manage and complete various special projects • Keep clients informed regarding new functionality for the application Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent of education and experience • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with mutual or hedge fund accounting strongly preferred • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Excellent interpersonal/people skills • In-depth knowledge of Investment Finance and associated principles • Outstanding organization skills • Must be hands-on and detail oriented • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic organization • Ability to work a rotating shift on a weekly basis • Experience using the InvestOne Enterprise application is strongly desired
