Analyst- Compliance, Regulatory Exam Inquiries Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to Securities Transaction (Blue Sheet) requests from various regulatory agencies Respond to regulatory requests for new account documentation, customer confirms, statements and related account information Respond to regulatory requests concerning allocation of new syndicate issues by DBSI, including account and share information, and syndicate distribution through both Global Markets and Deutsche Bank Alex Brown Respond to investment banking chronologies by interacting with Control Room Personnel, Senior Regulatory Personnel (NY), and Investment Banking Personnel in order to be able to construct deal time lines and to provide investment related research information Experience Requirements: BA/BS Degree in a Business Field Financial industry experience strongly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Organized and able to work independently to complete time sensitive tasks on a consistent basis Thoroughness and attention to detail Ability to work M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., overtime may be required *Deutsche Bank is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action (M/F/D/V) employer.* |
