  • Main point of contact for overall research and development data warehouse sustain program
  • Co-Lead of the Change Control Board (CCB)
  • Support GDM Change Request Coordinator to gather details around Change Request (CR) from requester
  • Obtain CR estimates from GDM, SAMS, DM and WT
  • Manage sustain release schedule.
  • Manage overall sustain budget and forecasts.
  • Main escalation point for issue resolution on releases
  • Manage all QA efforts
  • Work with business users to gather requirements for change requests
  • Manage UAT process for change requests
  • Provide approvals for deployments to various environments
  • Fulfill all ELC/compliance documentation requirements 
Job Requirements:
  •  5+ Years of Project Management Experience
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills Strong soft, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong scheduling tasks
  • Ability to coordinate and manage across groups
  • Ability to communicate consistently, early, and be responsive
  • Natural communication skills, not forced
  • Relationship builder
  • Must be able to plan the work and work the plan
  • Must be willing to relocate to and/or live within the Groton, CT area
  • Up to 30% travel may be required  
Preferences: Six Sigma certification a plus Recommended PMP certified   Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.   Location: Groton, CT
