Job Description:

In order to lead the ERP consolidation for Life Sciences North America, you will:
• Drive and be accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s), including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, proactive risk management, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program
• Manage resources associated with the consolidation efforts
• Drive a culture of change and work in a boundaryless fashion to co-ordinate efforts across various functions. You will manage the activities of the project team resources in order to support and deliver solutions relating to the consolidation.
• Establish a communication plan and regular rhythm with key stakeholders globally, including regular presentations on progress to the North America LS Leadership team, in order to clearly and proactively communicate program status, issues, risks, plans.
• Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
• Coordinate the program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, developing implementation, testing and training plans and ensuring the successful transition to support and maintenance teams.

· Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
· Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
· Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
· Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable
· Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications
· Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction
· Develop an open quality culture within the organization that fosters issue discussion and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Solid, demonstrable IT experience with proven experience in project/program management or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of delivering IT enabled change, demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority
• Demonstrated program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
• Demonstrated facilitation skills, with strong process mindset and an inclusive approach to project teams
• Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements across functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas; proven ability to apply technical knowledge in a practical and pragmatic way
• Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link technology to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex technical information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
• Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
• Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
• Confidence / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with business leaders to achieve business objectives while driving controllership/GE Values

• MBA or equivalent
• Leadership Training Program Experience (IMLP, OMLP, FMP)
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience Lean methodology and/or Black Belt certified
• Project Management certification / ITIL certified
