Job Description
Candidates for this position should have at least 2 years experience within the financial markets. Direct experience with Fixed Income Compliance/Regulatory issues a plus, but not a requirement.  A compelling interest in the financial markets and excellent written and oral communication skills are expected. A fast-paced and intense environment requires an aptitude for analyzing and interpreting complex information from multiple sources in a timely manner.

Duties include:
Report directly to Managing Director responsible for the desk as it relates to compliance and administrative functions
Ability to reconcile municipal trades in comparison to both internal and external sources.
Collaborate with traders to analyze and assess trades on a daily basis
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of current procedures and enact new developments as needed.
Ability to compare values across different fixed income asset classes
Capabilities to document, retain, and reference trade records.

Strong time management/prioritization skills and solid judgment
Knowledge of Bloomberg, Trace, and other market pricing and valuation tools a plus
