-Communicate needs of customers to product development & cross-functional team members in order to inform growth strategies -Define & execute go-to-market and communication strategies to acquire & retain customers including oversight of the marketing mix -Drive commercial innovation including the use of digital marketing -Demonstrate data-driven marketing accountability through effective measurement and "test & learn" methodologies Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Qualifications/Requirements Relevant degree or professional experience (MBA or engineering degree preferred) 5+ years professional experience in B-to-B and or B-to-C Marketing Very good technical and/ or clinical knowledge Language proficiency in English, Good project management skills, i.e. experience to motivate and lead multi-functional, cross-cultural project teams Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels Strong results-orientation Process skills People Management skills High work standards: reliable, responsive and attention to detail Demonstrates solid GE Values and Growth Traits Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work.
