Job Description:

· Provide Repair costing / estimation of GT & CC component to ITO team.
· Prepare and issue the shop routing for inspection / repair of each jobs.
· Identity the part needs to be put in production based on inspection observation.
· Create job work order in Oracle system & put in production the parts required.
· Issuing of Inspection / completion Report of each individual job.
· Support on component repair processes.
· Support on module overhauling processes.
· Drive continuous process improvement using initiatives.
· Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
· Coordinate with HQ / relevant engineering resources for new repair process.
· Environment, Health and Safety compliance.
· New Plant & Equipment requisition and commissioning.
· Special process qualification
· Support and develop qualification requirements- internal Qualifications/Requirements · Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
· 5+ year of relevant experience in a repair, costing and engineering
· Strong knowledge of shop repair process of gas turbine, steam turbine and compressor repair process & equipment.
· Good interpersonal & communication skills and leadership capability
· Fluent English skill both in written and oral.
· Excellent PC skill with Microsoft office, AutoCad, etc. Desired Characteristics Ability to across organization lines.
· Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive changes.
· Able to motivate and lead other through continuous improvement actions.
