Work as an experienced member of the IT Asset Management team, primarily supporting the Software Asset Management program:  track software assets throughout their lifecycle according to documented processes and procedures, support software projects and software compliance audits, improve data quality and scope, provide key analytical reporting, and assist with inquiries to the software request mailbox.

 


  • Execute Policy and Process in support of ITAM Program goals

  • Improve the quality of software data in the ITAM Repository

  • Provide key analytical reporting

  • Support software projects and audits

  • Manage/approve software requests

  • Makes decisions on routine matters.

  • Selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

  • Assists in interactions with Finance and Procurement groups

  • Primary liaison between ITAM and software requestors


 

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or Computer Science 

  • Typically requires 3 years experience

  • Advanced Excel skills, Proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access

  • General understanding of software concepts including: Discovery/Deployments, Entitlements, Contracts, Licensing

  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement

  • Adept at prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and highly organized

  • Detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and self-starter.

  • ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skill.

  • Takes initiative and works independently.
