Detailed Description

E*TRADE Corporate Services provides equity compensation services to over 1500 corporate clients and over 1 million plan participants. 

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction for E*TRADE Corporate Services’ product development portfolio.

 

The Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of product planning and must work closely with diverse teams including client management, customer support, and training to develop and deliver innovative solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

·        

Act as an internal subject-matter expert on the human resources and payroll administration side of the equity compensation marketplace, including applicable regulations, industry trends and market conditions. Analyze the impact of these factors on E*TRADE Corporate Services products, business, and clientele

·        

Develop a detailed product strategy and roadmap to meet the needs of the human resources and payroll administration segment at corporate clients issuing equity compensation

·        

Build business cases and strategy documents that include opportunity assessment, positioning strategy, and financial analysis to support successful adoption of human resources and payroll administration related products for equity compensation clients

·        

Deliver on ongoing product requirements and enhancements with associated prioritization, metrics, and supporting analysis

·        

Assess partnership opportunities and establish third party programs that support the equity compensation needs of human resources and payroll administration departments

·        

Perform competitive and market analysis to ensure E*TRADE Corporate Services keeps a competitive edge within the marketplace

·        

Become an industry expert and leading voice in the marketplace by giving presentations at user group meetings and industry conferences.

·        

Partner with Client Management to participate in sales calls, win/loss reporting and competitive analysis.

·        

Lead and deliver webinar sessions on topical industry content and E*TRADE product portfolio information.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

·        

Minimum of 7 years related experience in Human Resource and/or Payroll Administration strategy with a payroll company or serving in a human resources or payroll capacity. 

Financial services, benefits or equity compensation knowledge is preferred.

·        

Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in project management or product development strategy for human resources or payroll administration products supporting equity compensation

·        

Must be strong writer with excellent English grammar and communication skills

·        

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and to work effectively with clients, Product Delivery, and Client Management teams

·        

Track record of success defining and launching excellent products or supporting large human resources or payroll administration projects

·        

Possess strong organizational and analytical skills; Ability to think strategically and have creative problem-solving skills

·        

Project Management experience;

·        

Must be extremely detail-oriented and be able to manage numerous projects at one time

·        

Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint

·        

Bachelor degree or equivalent education. 

Masters preferred.
