Job Description:



As a Correspondent Registration Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for the following:

Ø  Providing excellent customer service by taking inbound calls from Correspondents and Internal partners

Ø  Accurately inputting loan data into loan origination system

Ø  Adding and subtracting numbers to provide accurate pricing to internal and external customers

Ø  Ability to analyze a loan and determine possible issues and then be able to act appropriately to fix the issue

Ø  Complete e-mails and faxes received to maintain the loan as well as determine if the loan meets Chase guidelines

Ø  Ability to work through frequent changes promoted by the mortgage industry and risk management

Ø  Compliance with safeguarding customer information and GAD requirements

Ø  Adhering to attendance guidelines & Code of Conduct  

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 7:00PM w/ overtime is required when volume permits.





  • ·         Call Center & Customer Service experience is required

    ·         Minimum two years mortgage experience is required

    ·         Must be highly motivated, committed, and detail oriented individual

    ·         High school diploma or equivalent work experience

    ·         Excellent data entry skills with a minimum of 55 wpm

    ·         Very strong mathematical skills.

    ·         Strong writing and verbal communication skills

    ·         Strong PC skills on Microsoft Excel and Word

    ·         Must be able to perform in a high pressure, time sensitive environment

    ·         Knowledge of pricing/registration/secondary marketing a plus
