Job Description:

The Client Service Account Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between client service and all of the products the clients use in TSS.  The Client Service Account Manager serves as the point of escalation.  The relationships the Client Service Account Manager manages are typically more complex in that the relationship uses several different products through out the global organization.

 


  • Responding to Client Inquires.  Primary owner for the monitoring & resolution of all inquiries utilizing the inquiry track tool.

  • Responsible for the delivery of client requested daily work. Partner with Senior Client Coverage Officer to execute Cross-Operational Excellence

  • Identify and promote service improvement, efficiencies and opportunities, internally and externally (ie, tools and trends)

  • Escalation Point for Operational Service Delivery and Daily Service issues

  • Act as escalation point for key issues or complex client inquiries.

  • Participate in regular client service reviews

  • Ensure standard of service is satisfactory and JPM is 100% referenceable across all products and services.

  • Independent proactive, strategic planning

  • Responsible for independently scheduling virtual team meetings to review, address and make recommendations to address client concerns/opportunities

  • Identify and address service issues and recommend solutions

  • Oversee all transitions with client and internal departments

  • Responsible for providing regular client visits and/or proactive communication

  • Responsible for risk mitigation

  • Provide consultative approach in relation to streamlining and improving JPM operational processes for the client (strategy/structure/STeP)

    Provide Specialized Daily Client Service Functions: Cash Services Activities (Specialized Reporting, Reconciliation, Cash Forecasting)Client Oversight & Compliance including ERISA and prohibited transaction monitoring

  • Reporting:  Perform Customized Client Reporting, VPR Reporting


  • Minimum of 4 years client service experience

  • Minimum of 4 years custody experience

  • Market/Product specific responsibilities include: Understanding regulatory requirements for clients ERISA clients, Understanding Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans

  • Strong client management skills

  • Fully developed expertise in securities industry
