The Americas’ Radiology Workflow Engineering manager will lead a team of functional managers and developers responsible for developing world-class software products in a dynamic environment for the Imaging Solutions Americas’ Radiology Workflow P&L. Reporting solid line to the GM of Imaging Solutions Engineering and dotted line to the GM of Americas’ Radiology Workflow, this person will have overall responsibility for executing on new product introductions as well as maintaining the installed base. The position will collaborate with cross-functional team leaders and individuals to meet customer and regulatory requirements for product quality, timely deliverables and cost. The Engineering Manager will be a member of the Americas’ Radiology Workflow executive leadership team, helping to define business strategy, increase customer satisfaction and ensure P&L growth.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Working with Engineering and P&L teams to set the strategy and direction of the business and driving continuous improvement of systems, products and processes
- Drive quality and regulatory compliance
- Functional leadership of the team, including recruitment, team/talent development, skill set improvement and mentoring
- Resource allocation and prioritization including headcount and base cost budget
- Instilling a rigorous approach to target costing for new products and driving cost out of existing products
- Leading change through creative solutions to unstructured product and system design issues
- Optimizing teams’ participation in all phases of product development and evaluating opportunities to improve cycle time
- Translate market and customer needs into innovative technical solutions
- Must have affinity for customer facing situations and an ability to interact with strategic clients in a collaborative manner Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years experience in the software development industry including the entire software development life cycle
- 5+ years experience project management and/or managing people
- 2+ years experience managing managers
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process

- 7+ years relevant industry experience
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated supplier and manufacturing interface skills
- Proven mentoring and coaching abilities; demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, influencing skills and ability to gain buy-in for initiatives
- Proven LEAN skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes
- Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills
