Our integrated approach includes technical experience in retirement, health care, compensation, communications and tax.    ref: IndeedCampaignFY11 Deloitte Consulting's Benefit Service Delivery professionals focus on assisting clients in defining benefit administration solutions such as insourcing, outsourcing, and SaaS as across benefit operations including H/W, retirement, equity, compensation, and leave programs.   A representative sample of a Manager's job responsibilities and qualifications are provided below:   Responsibilities: ·         Assist clients with business case development to help select the right tools and business partners for vendor management practices ·         Assist clients with managing risk ·         Perform and review vendor evaluation and contract negotiation strategy and support ·         Review and develop benefit administration policies and procedures ·         Provide clients with implementation leadership and support, vendor performance management, vendor operational, and compliance reviews ·         Assist clients with reducing the risk and costs of employee compensation and benefit programs ·         Exposure to clients on a regular basis ·         Assist in new business developments by working with Senior Managers ·         Participate in Total Rewards engagements outside of Benefits Service Delivery that will broaden overall human resources knowledge ·         Participate in Total Rewards practice development initiatives   Preferred Qualifications: ·         Understand client business issues ·         Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills ·         Ability to train and mentor staff ·         Ability to work independently and in a team environment ·         PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Access and Microsoft project skills ·         Experience with process maps and critical thinking ·         Willingness to travel up to 80%   Required Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6+ years of relevant benefit administration or benefit process experience
  • 6+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience within H/W, DB and/or DC administration or operations
  • Ability to travel 50%
