Position Description
This individual will primarily assist two attorneys in the Litigation Admin and Operations team on various discovery related projects and initiatives.  The individual will also be responsible for helping staff attorneys to navigate data collection and review on complex cases involving extensive
discovery.  
administration of discovery related policies and procedures; vendor management; responding to discovery requests; collection and cataloging of categories of documents routinely produced in customer arbitration cases; the submission of search requests for electronic data, projects surrounding document retention policies and litigation hold protocols; navigation and training support on legal hold and discovery related firm systems.

Skills Required
At least five years of paralegal work experience, ideally working with financial industry clients. Candidate should be highly motivated and should have experience working on large litigation matters with extensive document/email collection and review.
Should exhibit comfort working with various computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) as well as various data types.
