Job Description:


As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you will:


  • Prepare closing documents

  • Receive incoming loan titles, perform loan data entry, and send out applicable disclosures

  • Ensure all closing documents are issued timely and accurately

  • Work hand in hand with Title Company to ensure closings are smooth and easy

  • Review incoming HUD-1 documents for compliance with program guidelines

  • Ensure Title Companies adhere to Chase policies and procedures

  • Handle and resolve all post-closing loan issues

  • Achieve and maintain all departmental cycle time, service, and volume standards


 


 

Schedule:        M-F 8-5 / Overtime and weekends as needed




  • Minimum of two years mortgage document experience or equivalent in preparing mortgage loan closing documents

  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to perform basic computer functions.

  • Good organization skills and be detail oriented.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
